Grace Church reserves the right to collect information from all persons who register for partnership, classes, events and service; subscribe to church publications; place orders; etc. Persons may asked for information including, but not limited to name, age, gender, address, telephone number and email contact information. Personal information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or released to any other parties for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering purchased products or services requested. Any email contact information provided for order processing will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. Persons choosing to subscribe to our mailing list will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

Grace Church implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of personal information when placing orders or accessing personal information. Grace Church offers the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into a verified Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on Grace Church servers.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America applicable to agreements made and to be performed in The United States of America. All persons engaging in voluntary of the Site agree that any legal action or proceeding with Grace Church for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United States of America. Any cause of action or claim persons engaging in voluntary usage of the Site may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Grace Church's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Grace Church may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to persons engaging in voluntary usage of the Site.
