Paradox - Grades 6-12
paradox |ˈparəˌdäks|
noun1. a statement that is seemingly contradictory or opposed to common sense and yet is true
2. a statement or proposition that, despite sound (or apparently sound) reasoning from acceptable premises, leads to a conclusion that seems senseless, logically unacceptable, or self-contradictory
3. a seemingly absurd or self-contradictory statement or proposition that when investigated or explained may prove to be well founded or true
The gospel message is a paradox; the greatest gift of all available for free. Jesus: fully human yet fully divine. At Grace Church, paradox is where students grades 6-12 explore these and other great truths. Jr. High (grades 6-8) and Sr. High (grades 9-12) gather separately in order to provide teaching and events appropriate to maturity levels. Meeting Times
Jr. & Sr. High students are in a unique season of their lives. Most Christ followers come to know Him during this time, underscoring the vital importance of effective ministry to students. Grace Church's strategy is connecting to God, community and mission, and we provide an atmosphere that is engaging, challenging, and relevant to this next generation.
Community groups provide a time of deeper biblical study, prayer, and relationship building. It's easy for students to feel like just another face in the crowd and these groups help them develop stronger friendships with other students, adult mentors, and most importantly, with God. There are several community groups available for both Jr. and Sr. High students throughout the week at various locations.
Finally, connecting to mission is about more than just doing; it's about being. Throughout the year there are opportunities like short term mission trips, providing food and clothing to the homeless, serving in local schools, and participating in various ministry opportunities within the Grace Church walls. We make every effort to create a place for students to use their God-given gifts and talents to serve God with their lives.

Meeting Times
Our regular gatherings and special events are the primary "front door" for our students. During these gatherings we worship through music, fellowship, and learning from God's Word.
