Thriving Marriage Groups - Feb 24th, 2010
Thriving Marriage groups are the ministry of Grace Church to marriages. Marriage is one of the most challenging and yet rewarding of all human relationships. Any husband or wife can tell you that even the best of marriages can grow and improve. Thriving Marriage offers depth for good marriages and real solutions for couples whose relationship is challenged or even seriously wounded. The group is based upon the biblical model of Ephesians 5:33. Husbands will learn to give the unconditional cherishing love that wives so deeply crave. Wives will learn that their husbands spell love R-E-S-P-E-C-T and that her respect motivates his love for her (1 Peter 3:1-3). The really good news is that it isn’t as hard as it sounds at all! Any marriage can thrive. We will meet for 13 weeks in total. This is one of the most helpful marriage programs to have come along in decades. Our goal is not just to help you have a successful Christ centered marriage, but to equip your marriage to have a positive influence on the other marriages at Grace Church and our community. Come join us! Our group time will be divided between viewing a very entertaining video (about 30 minutes), some discussion, and snacks (and a potluck or two). It's a lot of fun and no guilt trips. We are prayerfully looking forward to beginning our group with you and seeing what the Lord does in your marriage. Cost for the group is $30 tuition per couple, plus Love and Respect, by Emerson Eggerich (the book is not included with the $30 tuition). The groups will meet either Wednesday 7:00pm to 9:00pm or Sunday evening 4:30pm – 6:00pm. Please register here. Childcare is not provided.

Life @ Grace - Mar 21st, 2010
If you are new to Grace Church or have been here awhile and want to partner with us in ministry, attend the Life@Grace class on March 21st from 1:00pm - 5:00pm. In this class you’ll learn what we believe, our philosophy of ministry, and why we "do church" the way we do. Presented by the teaching pastors of Grace, this class gives you the opportunity to ask questions about Grace Church in an informal and relaxed environment. Lunch and childcare are provided.
